The UAW liked us because we were the most effecient engine plant in the world and the best engine plant in the US. The first plant to ever beat Toyota Engine Plant in Buffalo, WV for Jobs Per Hour. The UAW hated us though because we made it look to easy and the other plants typically employed 1000 to 2000 hourly employees, we employed 220 and did the samething.
